How much are the shipping costs?

The order shipping cost will vary according to the requested product. For the Canary Islands or other European regions, write an e-mail to info @ greenbyculture with the products you want to receive (named as they appear on our website), indicating the zip code of the place, your e-mail and your phone and we will contact you shortly to give you a quote.

Returns accepted?

We accept returns of products within 14 days from the date of receipt (provided that the conditions governing the Law 3/2014 of 27 March, regulating trade are met). Reimbursement of the value of the goods will be made once in our store's check the good condition of the goods, including the original packaging. The customer must bear the costs of return shipping.

How do I send my order?

All orders are hand delivered by the carrier at the shipping address you specify when placing your order. For this reason, no deliveries to PO boxes allowed.
